Naggy Buddy

Pick the sites that distract you. Naggy Buddy will tell you when it's time to leave.

You pick the distraction.
Buddy watches the clock.

01

Add your sites

Choose the feeds, videos, and websites that tend to pull you in. Site access is requested only when you add one.

02

Pick an interval

Decide how long Buddy should wait. Only active time in the selected tab counts.

03

Get the nudge

When time is up, Buddy appears on the page and gives you a clean chance to leave.

Set it once.
Browse normally.

Add or remove nudge sites, choose your interval, and pause Buddy whenever reminders would get in the way.

  • Background tabs do not count
  • Locked and unfocused time does not count
  • Pause and resume from the popup

You stay in control.

Naggy Buddy does not silently block or redirect a website. A reminder gives you two clear choices:

Close tab
Leave the current tab after a quick confirmation.
Nag me later
Dismiss this reminder while tracking continues.

It watches the timer,
not your pages.

Your selected hostnames, settings, and reminder state stay in Chrome storage on your device.

If you activate Buddy+, only the license information needed for activation and validation is sent to Lemon Squeezy.

Buddy+ adds more friction
when "later" keeps winning.

Before Buddy starts nagging.

Does Naggy Buddy block websites?

No. It shows an in-page reminder and lets you decide whether to close the tab or keep browsing.

Does it track every website I visit?

No. It works only on hostnames you explicitly add and grant access to.

Does it need an account?

No. The free extension works without an account. Buddy+ uses a license key for activation.

Your next scroll can wait.
