Add your sites

Choose the feeds, videos, and websites that tend to pull you in. Site access is requested only when you add one.

Pick an interval

Decide how long Buddy should wait. Only active time in the selected tab counts.

Get the nudge

When time is up, Buddy appears on the page and gives you a clean chance to leave.
